What is the status of this complaint.
Somebody from Reliance Mumbai has called me and said that there was a miscommunication from the special desk people who spoke to me on 7th September with interaction id [protected].
How can a special desk person tell a customer when spoken from Reliance office that the plan has been changed to 90 days FREE trial period and I do not have to pay for the 90 days ?
I want the compensation for which the Special desk(Reliance office) has cheated me and making me to pay again 1254 for termination of this data card.
Can you please compensate for the mistakes done from you(Special desk Reliance office) ?
