Reliance Communications — Service Broken for CDMA connection | |||
Today[protected] from morning I am unable to make any outgoing calls and unable to receive incoming calls. Even not in 198 or *333. So I contacted customer care from other phone. The person from other side is telling that he doesn't know all this he can only give details about MNP. I never saw such a worst service. I am using reliance past 4 years.Faced this problem many times and called customer care and immediately they tried to resolved it. What is going on here? How you are hiring people? Is there a proper training to handle this? If my service is not resumed I will definitely go to other service provider and leave reliance. Was this information helpful? | |||
