Dear Concern, I am a consumer with you since last 7 years, and instead of improving you customer service you have made it worse. Its really very painful for a customer if his phone gets barred without any reason. I am talking of no reason, because I have not been told the reason, instead your executive tried making conversation round and round. My last date to pay the bill is 16-May-2017, whereas today WE ALL ARE SITTING AT 15-May-17, how can you people stop my services, that includes incoming. Should we say WOW to this kind of attitude. NOW, you get the services restored and I need a valid reason, WHY MY SERVICES WERE BARRED. Hope you have the answer, could be possible your executive might NOT have. Look forward.
