Reliance Communications — service not available for previous sim card

Dear sir/mam,

I am an frequent & loyal user of your communication services. I am having an issue regarding my lost smart sim card. I lost my smart sim around 1 month back and now i need it as one of my my bank account is linked to it... I am unable to connect to any of your customer care executive... Its a huge request to you plz see about my issue.[protected]. Was the number of the sim card.. Plz either activate it else port it to jio. It will be a huge help to me.
