[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Service not started

I had paid my two bills. On dt 06.06.17
For no. [protected] and [protected] but then also service had not started when i asked them they told talk to customer care they told that your user no. Bill is pending of no. [protected] so they have not started service but even after paying that service has not started. I have visited gallery 3 times and also called customer care many times but they were not able to start my service. Please look in too matters as we are enable to use both no. Copy of paid bills attached.
