Reliance Communications — services are closed in gujarat without any intimation

My reliance gsm number is [protected]. On 20th sept i got sms from reliance as "dear customer, rcom services will continue uninterrupted. Please ignore any hoax sms from hp-rimcom or others." But suddenly from 29th night there is no service. I was having balance around rs330. Now i came to know that rcom is closed and i need to convert the same number to some other operator. When i went for portability they are asking port number but even i haven't received that also. What to do now? How to get my balance rs330? How to get port number no one is having any idea? Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 13, 2017 Updated by htjain89 I haven't got any reply from RCOM and unable to contact with them.
