[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Sim activation problem | |||
My name is mahesh from rajahmundry. I have a reliance prepaid gsm number [protected]. I am using this number past 10 years. Suddenly my outgoing and incoming calls barred. I can't even call to customer care also. After contacting reliance customer care by friend's number he said please visit nearest store and submit kyc documents after that your number is activated. So i have visited reliance communication store and requested to reactivate my sim. Store person telled your number is barred i cannot reactivating it. Please help me to reactivating my sim.
