not working reliance connection bill.
Specifically i mentioned that i have not paying this bill,
as per so many call & reminder given connection is not
working . Requested to start the connection, But nobody care

After talk with Ms rekha, she said that your address is
shown in record is negative retrieve. How is it happened
that given proof address is negative retrieve and on same
address 2 times sim card is received. Ms. Rekha said that i
am given request to customer care but not found any solution
or even nobody's feedback, but not working connection bill
sending us not forgotten.

Pl. look into the matter.

Ms. Rekha,

My connection no [protected]. is still not working. i have
got very very bad experience & disappoint the service
of
reliance.That is my big mistake taken connection from
reliance on tele communication. I have face very bad
experience from customer care No. *222 & from where
connection taken from. Even after communication *222

told that visit to your nearest reliance store for help.
But
their also refused & said that you go to place from
where you had taken connection. but even they are not
agreed
to talk with customer care call*222, As per request on

person. My problem is not resolved, still connection is
death not working.

For Payment deposit Rs. 300/- daily 4-5 times call came,
but after deposited Rs 300 no body pickup mobile from
where
call come for connection. it;s very bad experience for me.
I
have taken faith on the name of reliance, but found bad
experience & Bad service provide by Reliance.

I request to you Refund Rs 300 deposit again connection
No.
