Reliance Communications — sim card suddenly not working

Sir/madam,

I'm really sorry to inform you that,

I'm completely fed up wid your service.

My reliance postpaid sim ([protected]) is not working from this month starting, eventhough my all bill are paid & cleared and my account balance is - ve also.

There's no calls and sms both incoming and outgoing, and the ivr telling that, "your account is temporarily disconnected and contact customer care".

And there's no customer support available only from the last month.

And then i went to the reliance service point for 6 days day by day for activate my account. They are the stupid people took 10 ₹ each for the activation and telling that me to wait half n hour more!!!

And 7days passed!!!

Please tell me how long i've to wait to receive an sms atleast???

Are you people are really mad or act like a mad???

This is my registered permanent mobile number which i'm using for my banking purpose and all. And i'm not able to use my bank account without the otp message.

I hope you can understand my situation how much i'm struggling with it by only because of your service from all side (Customer care, reliance service point)

I just really don't want your service, if you people are treating your customers like this (By paying you, wasting time, all bank process are also not happening)

I request you to,

Kindly activate my number as soon as possible,

If not then i'm forced to register complaint against you in trai dot and consumer court. For freezing my business, money and time!!!
