[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Sim deactivated.. | |||||
Sir i bought 2 sims from relience store 35c, chandigarh. After a weak sims card get deactivate due to negative varification of documents..Thats ok.And then i resubmitted the documents on saturday(26/3/2016) to relience store and request to activate both sim. And they gave time of two hours to activate the sim ..After 6 hours i back call to relience store that the sims till not working . They told me to wait for 2 more hours. Then at 7 p.M. I call them to intimate that the sim still not working .I had call them aroud 15 times but no response ..After that number was switched off. Then today(28/3/2016) i personally go to relience 35c store and told them the sim is not working yet ...But the same procedure sim will be activated in 2 hr, 3 hrs, ...Till now the sim is not working...And there no single responsible person who can care of my querries...So i request you to please ...Give me some posiitve result regarding this issue Thank you Rohit [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
