Hi Sir, this is my data card#[protected], I have called customer care and raised complain regarding slow speed and network fluctuation, they took complain for network fluctuation and stated it will be resolved in 72 hours(12/24/2015), but still now i am facing the same issue..i.e there is still fluctuation in connectivity, even if the connectivity is good, speed is too slow(Average 200kbps - 700 kbps)..
I wasnt able to reach customer care for last two days... if the there is connectivity problem in my area then you guys should have informed us in prior so that we will go for better connection...
just check the complaint history in above data card#, as of now i have raised all most 10 complaints in last 6 months and none of the complaints was resolved properly... Was this information helpful? |
