Reliance Communications — Slow speed less than 60 kbps | |
My Netconnect+ speed is around 40kbps consistence and 80kbps once in a while. I have a plan for 15GB and I pay 1350 every month and what a get is peanut speed. I have complaint to customer care 10-12 times in past 6 months, every time they say feedback taken and technical team will get in touch with me, but till date I have not received any call from reliance team and If I see the status for my complains on website it will be closed without any resolution.
One week back I requested customer care to send any representative to my place and check the connection speed and surprisingly someone came and he took the reading (80kbps - 60kbps) and submitted the report to technical team, one week past I have not heard anything from technical team and now when I asked customer care about the status they say issue is resolved and is closed.

Almost 15 days past for the complaint, still no action taken, no calls nothing, For HSD with full signal I get 30 - 45 kbps now ...
