[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Slow to zero net speed - wipod

Sir i bought reliance wifi pod, it assures net speed will be 14.7 Mbps but the realtime speed is just 2 to 3 kbps and most of the time no net connection at all. Please go through the screenshot attached with this complaint for your reference. Our plan is postpaid Rs 999 truly unlimited which means we are paying a lot of money for NOTHING. I have tried all possible reliance customer care numbers and not a single one responded. Nobody was picking up the phone. Kindly address our concern as soon as possible.
