Reliance Communications — Speed capping in zero rental and not working in roaming | |||||
I have purchased a zero rental connection from reliance store, Mobile no [protected] from gurkirat enterprises tibri road gurdaspur punjab 143521 on 14 jan 2016. On 19 jan i have received a message that i hav consumed the whole data and my speed was caped with 64 kbps . while from the reliance side they said zero rental plan 10500 for one year it has unlimited 3g speed without any speed cap, the why my speed capped i have compalint many many time but no one is able to solve this problem Today i noticed that i in roaming state even there 2g networking is not working . m very dissatisfied from reliance . i have paid 10450 for this and my 5 7 days are totally tensed full. I have mailed to the applete person and cust care but they didnt reply. I have never seen such a negligence service by any one . Was this information helpful? | |||||
