It is sheer negligence on part of the leading telecom company of yours i. E. Rcom, and mr. Ambani must not tolerate such negligence and lethargic response by concerned authorities handling my issue for reliance customer relationship number[protected] and mdn [protected] w. R. T. Previous sr nos.[protected] &[protected] dtd.12/07/2017 through customer care executive - daljeet kaur, which are still pending even after passing time a month and a week. And due to which today i made an appeal against the same vide sr no.[protected] dtd.21/08/2017 through customer care executive - mr. Salman to check the issue and get it resolved.in my initial complaints i had informed that without my consent the plan rgjalsa_297 was changed to retention_499 on 12/07/17 as soon as i came to know regarding same i tried to make a complaint through 198 but the executive had given me wrong and misleading information, afterwards at about 12:45-47 hrs my both complaints were taken by executive daljeet kaur - regarding wrong and misleading information provided by cce and another for changing my previous plan without my consent and without my demand, i was very happy with my previous plan i. E. Rgjalsa_297 and even i requested her to retain my plan as rgjalsa_297 and she had given affirmation of the same, but as my bill dtd.18/08/2017 showed the plan retention_499 i was shocked and hence made an appeal. Further i have demanded for 100% waiver o[censored]pcoming 06 consecutive bills as compensation to the issue, the same shall be debited from the salaries of responsible persons, which would be an exemplary punishment to those who are negligent and lethargic and bringing bad name to the reputed company of yours. I am a customer of your company since 2004 and i have retained this number since than, even many rival companies had approached me but i refused their offers with freebies. I'm not exaggerating the matter but there must be a discipline and any violation must be taken up accordingly. Hence it is my humble request and a sincere demand that stern action must be taken against whosoever are responsible and fully waived off bills for next 6 months as compensation.
