[Resolved] Reliance Communications — sr no. ucs[protected] portability not done till date | |
Dear sir/madam My moblie number is +91 [protected], i have received my porting code number rm444733 on 27/7/2017. The same was given on 4/8/2017 to other service provider where i wanted to shift my number. The same day the other service provider insisted to make advance payment to rcom and clear all dues which i did online and submitted a receipt of payment to the service provider. On submission they issued me a new sim card and told me within 07 working days your new connection will start. But even after 14 days nothing has been done. When i called rcom 198 there is no response and the voice recording gets cut before the communication starts. Today on the 15th day i received a message that "dear customer we are still working on sr no. Ucs[protected] and the same will be resolved on top priority - reliance" For your delay in service i have been losing my customers for the poor service rendered to us. Now i am planning to complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem if the problem is not solved within 24 hours of this email? Was this information helpful? | |

The same day the other service provider insisted to make advance payment to rcom and clear all dues which i did online and submitted a receipt of payment to the service provider. On submission they issued me a new sim card and told me within 07 working days your new connection will start. But even after 14 days nothing has been done.
