[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Still sending bills and asking for money | |||
Respected Sir, Iam Alwin I took reliance postpaid connection for Rs-150 Plan for the mobile number ([protected]), but I got a sms that my plan is Rs 279 so i asked them to disconnect my connection on 15th July 2014, there customer executive told me that I will get disconnected in a week and they sent me bill for a month and I paid Rs 279 Inspite of speaking to their Customer care executive, And I was not using that sim from 25th July, And still they are sending the bill for the connection which Iam not using so Please take necessary action against them Note:- I very clearly told their customer care executive and their reliance outlet person that I am without a job I won't able to pay the bill.
