[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Stop fooling ypur customers | |||
On 24th dec '14 i received a massage on my reliance number [protected]. The massage "Jadoo Recharge! Get upto 1 GB extra FREE on every 3G Data Recharge of Rs 177 along with normal 1 GB 3G data + Unlimited Whatsapp; Facebook & Twitter for 30 days". After the recharge of 177 I haven't received the extra 1gb benefit. On 26th dec i called the customer care but they said that as it was a 'jadoo recharge' you might or might not get it, its upto the company. Whereas on the message nothing such condition was mentioned. i think reliance comm is fooling its customers and if you want to maintain your goodwill among us(custmers) Send me the extra benefit.
