Yesterday i got a message from reliance about a special offer data89 - 28gb data for 28 days (1gb 3g data/ day). After i get the confirmation from the reliance customer care, i recharge my number with rs.89/- and i got the successful data pack plan activation message and the internet is working fine. After 12am they should have provide me another fresh 1gb data for the day, but i didn't get any data and my data connection was on so rs.44 deducted from my main balance. After that i tried to contact with the customer and they hanged up my call every time i get connect, total cost me rs.5 (10 times 50p/3min). I don't know what the hell wrong with the reliance. I am using reliance since 2006, this is kind of embarrassing. Stop lying to your customer and stop harassing them with your cheating policy.
My money goes in vain. Screw you reliance and your customer care guys.
