[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Stopping postpaid connection | |||||
I have called on 9th February 2017 for disconnecting my postpaid number [protected]. According to company policy number should be closed in 15 days. But till today 15th April 2017, I am being sent the bill of that postpaid number. When i called back in February last week, they said clear all the past dues to close the number. A postpaid connection of Rs. 300 and i paid Rs. 560 to disconnect the number. But still they haven't disconnected my number yet. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
