[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Store executive is rude at pimpri reliance store | |||||
This is regarding today's instance when I went to the store for complaining about the closure request of my connection as my dongle is damaged and I do not want to continue the same plan. The store executive -Amol Latte was rude and not supportive at all. The request was not taken by him on priority, instead he told that customer care will be looking into it within 7 days. My query was why the closure request is taking so much time but he replied in rude way that "do whatever you want but I will not take this request" If this is the way to treat customers than...bye bye Reliance. Also I will log a complaint with nodal officers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
