Dt.29.09.2017 Sub : wrongly deducted balance amount Dear sir., I have just found that rs.15.00 has been deducted yesterday evening from my main balance rs.16.96 without any reason. This is so shocking & ridiculous. Further your 198 toll-free number never working and never able to register complaint.
