Dear team,
Pl. Refer to trailing mail. I had already requested surrender of subject connection. However mts ran away without any information to us. Since last month the data card is not working and i want to close it with immediate effect. I am not paying the last month bill because the data card did not work for this period.
Kindly do the needful with immediate effect and confirm the undersigned for the same.
