[Resolved] Reliance Communications — suspension of services for new connection no [protected] | |||
I have purchased a new net connect Prepaid dongle No R2tcdc[protected] prepaid H8D connection No. [protected] for Rs 999/- plus I have paid Rs 300 for the Internet charges. I have purchased this from Reliance Mobile Store, Ambadi Road, Vasai west on 25.09.14. The activation was done on 02.10.14 and the internet got started after 24 hours. After 3 days the services have been suspended without any reason. On 14.10.14 I visited the Reliance Mobile Store in Vasai and informed them that the Internet services has been suspended who assured me that he would restore the services within one day. The intenet is not resumed at the time of this complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
