Reliance Communications — taking my phone balance instead of net balance

As i had activated a pack of rs.94 2g net pack. The pack was also activated but while using net. My phone balance at that time is rs.140 but instead of reducing my net balance you had reduced my phone balance. Now my phone balance is rs.0.080. So please it's your responsibility for my balance.
