[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Tariff hike without notice | |||
Dear team, I want to bring to your notice that my postpaid mobile tariff has been changed from 1st April without even informing me. I think it is absolutely wrong since i have been a faithful customer for over a decade!!! Other operators are reducing tariffs whereas you have increased yours by more than 50%. I want you to explain your stand. I am also disappointed that in call drop has increased tremendously. My bills have inflated by over 2 times. Moreover your customer care personnel are dumb to the core. Its a pain talking to them. Please address my issues. Or else i am ready to change to a new provider whose services are reliable.
