I am using Datacard number : [protected] from Reliance Communication As Reliance were shutting down CDMA network I called them for Up gradation and LTE query When I was I asked to Customer care before migrating to 4G/LTE, they said Data and Plan will be same as before(CDMA Plan) you just buy Wi-pod for LTE. So I bought a LTE Wi-pod, But when LTE started now my plan changed from 5GB to 3GB. They changed my plan from 300 (5GB) to 1100(5 GB) without information or intimation. This is very wrong approach from Reliance communication, They lie initially and convince me to buy LTE Wi-POD and once I bought it you changed plan. Please look into my case and provide solution.
