[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Ten Times Incorrect Balance Deduction | |||
Hi Team, I am not changing the subline of the email but tweaking it to reflect how many times your company has erroneously deducted the customer balances. The email chain is enough to speak the history about you guys. Now i believe this has become a habit for the company to do this on a month/ two month basis which i will definitely escalate to TRAI. The floor supervisor Mr Ram Kumar and Khasif Muhammad says i accessed internet at 3pm which i haven't and i can confirm it and to let you know that till 11.20pm when i last checked my balance i saw the main balance as 18.65 so there is no way i did anything. This morning suddenly the balance became nil. This has always been the case the floor supervisors/excecuitves never agree what the customers say and they blindly follow what the machine says and everytime you have to revert this which happened ninth time and this is the 10th time you deducted the balance. Shame on the way you people conduct business. Thanks to the new scheme of portability that you can use the same no and change the vendor, totally pissed off with Reliance.
