Reliance Communications — terminate my broadband connection | |||||
On 17th september 2017, i sent an email to customer care for termination of my broadband connection. Till date they have not acknowledged that they have started the process of termination of my broadband connection. I have been very unhappy with their services. My billing cycle is 21st to 20th. I have tried on numerous occasions to try to resolve this but the broadband number says due to certain reason no customer support is there. Its been almost 12 days. I even paid the last due amount but they don't even respond. Whether its writing to the appellate/grievence. I won't be paying the next months billing bill. With what i know reliance has started charging me for services which i am not using from 21st september. Kindly terminate the connection immediately. Subscriber id:[protected].
