[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Termination Mobile Service Without Any Confirmation

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is Nilesh Shankarrao Wadekar, Reside at 645 Raviwar peth, near dhobi talim pune 411002.
I am using[protected] this mobile number since last 10years. It was Airtel Service provider but I was port this in Reliance for regular service. I was received a call from reliance customer care they suggested if I port this same number in relinace I will get very good and reliable service as per that customer care explicative I was ported my number in reliance but from first day reliance not provided me good service they are not able to connectivity in kondhwa area I was lunched to many time complaint regarding this but every time they gave me a request ID and told me they will solve the same problem very shortly but at the end on times-pane they are not able to do this.
I was facing very issue in service they charged me extra while I am not used any service from reliance. The connectivity from reliance is very poor and same network not work in kondhwa area. I launched complaint against network issue more than 15 times but they not solve my problem just explain there are some problem because of Reliance 4G please wait some day we will provide you great service but they are not solved my problem till date.
I was very helpless because of the poor connectivity I pay daily loss because of this my client was not able to reach me because of this bad connectivity and finally I was decided to port this number from reliance to Uninor.
I was called on 198 for assistant how to port number but the CSE was told me please don’t change or port from reliance they will solve same problem very shortly and give me very good service but I was decided to change so I told that CSE please explain me only process how to port but the CSE are trying to convince me to I be with reliance I told him please explain the processe so that CSE was angry on me and told your are not port in other service provider and he putted my call.
So this incidence I was shocked me how to CSE talked like this and I visited to reliance authorized outlet situated at “SHIV SAMARTH ENTERPRISES” Shop No.21, Bhumi Tarang Apt, Bajirao Road Pune 30. for more details they explained me port process and I do the same. After few days I got call from Reliance office to please don’t port the number but I was decided to port this. After that call my in coming and out going call was barred and I am not able to make or receive any calls, so I was called on 198 for inquire why was my service is barred the CSE told me your service is barred due to your are pay bill there for your service is barred but I pay my bill time to time. I told that CSE to I was paid my monthly bill in advance so that CSE told me your A/C barred because of your KYC not clear first submit your KYC then your service will start.
After this I was submitted my KYC at “SHIV SAMARTH ENTERPRISES” Shop No.21, Bhumi Tarang Apt, Bajirao Road Pune 30. but my service was not started I was call again on 198 for same the CSE told me your A/C blocked because of incomplete KYC I was shocked how to it possible I was submitted all required documents . Then I was visited once to “SHIV SAMARTH ENTERPRISES” Shop No.21, Bhumi Tarang Apt, Bajirao Road Pune 30. for submitting documents and I was submitted same and take knowledge for KYC.
But my service was not started so I call on 198 more than 10 times but no any proper solution against this. Finally I visited that out late for same case they told me please visit our Maine branch situated at 6th floor, kumar carebram, building kalyani nagar, marry gold, behind gold adlabs pune41000. I visited the main branch and I meet Mr.Vicky Pathak (Mobile: [protected]) who is that department consonance person he told me today our system is not work properly so we are able to help you please visit next day, after next day I was visited once again same place and talk with Mr. Pathak he told me your Mobile Number was TERMINATED because of you not paid your bill I showed him billing receipt then he told me your service is terminated because you raise a request to terminate the service then I explained I was not raise any complaint to terminate my service. Then he call his assistance Mr.Pravin (Mobile: [protected]) and told him to take all charge and solve the problem Mr.pravin told me please visit after 8 working days he will solved all problem and activate my service once again.
As per my communication with Mr. Pravin I visited once to same place but Mr.Pravin was not there so Mr.Vicky told me to meet Ms.Deepali for same problem I talked with Ms.Deepali for same case she told me please call me after 5days she will solve same problem. After 5days when I was called to Ms.Deepali she told me its not possible to we provide your same number so please dont call or visit same place.
I am using same number since from last 10 years all people my client have same number its very important number for me but they directly told me they will not provide me same number if I want to another number please visit our outlet. I am very upset because of this and I am suffering very badly I pay daily loss my client not able to reach me. finally I launched a complaint in consumer forum after that I received a call from [protected], [protected] please don’t register any case on consumer forum Ms. Jyoti Pawar will call you shortly and she will solve all problem please be patient.
I got call from Ms.Jyoti (Mobile:[protected]) she told me she checked all details and she got the termination is not done by client it was our fault and she will activate my service within 48Hourse so please wait for 48 Hours. After 48 hours I was called to Ms.Jyoti my Service is not activated please check what happened she told me please wait 6days my seniors are arranging to provide you same number so please call after 6days as per our communication after 6days I called to Ms.Jyoti she not received my called I call more than 12 times but she not received single call. And sent me a SMS please call on this number he will handle your case Mr.Nilesh Bhagchandani (Mobile: [protected]) it is very irritating to me what is going one Relience Customer care Explicative note solved my problems just diverting me to once to another and they killing time I was facing lots of trouble my business goes down I facing financial problems I have no any another contact number so I am facing financial and mental problems but no once helps me just diverted.
I called Mr.Nilesh Bhagchandani (Mobile: [protected]) regarding all this and asked him who will help me he assured me he will call me after 1 hour but he not done this and just Provided me his Departments Head Mr.Rohitsing (Mobile :[protected]) contact for same problem I am trying to contact Mr.Rohit but he is not receiving my calls.

I want to asked you is this my fault to I connect with reliance or I choose this service provider or its my fault to I trust on reliance.

Respected Sir please do something against this application I am facing to many problems not only financially but also mentally. I hope you will take some action and activate my mobile connection.
