Reliance Communications — Termination of data card

I have been trying for several times to deactivate my data card as I am not using it. I have been calling the number[protected]. Every time they are saying that the concerned people are busy and asking me to call after some time. Today also I called and Mr.Chandru spoke to me and he said the concerned number is busy. He told me to pay Rs.239 and I paid immediately.Then I told him that every time the same thing is happening and i am unable to terminate my services.He said those people will get back to me after one hour. But as usual no one had called me. Again I called at 8 pm. Someone had given me the same answer that the concerned people are busy. I dont understand what is going on. I am always busy with my office work and domestic work and can not find much time to call again and again. Please look into the matter.
