User ID[protected] Pl note that I have made Termination request for above telephone number along with Internet connection. I had made under mentioned requests:- (1)RQ ID[protected] Dt.23/12/2014 - request has been closed without informing to me. (2)RQ ID[protected] Dt.1/1/2015 - request has been closed without confirming me. (3)RQ ID[protected] Dt.2/1/2015 - request has been closed. (4)RQ ID[protected] Dt.4/1/2015 - still under solving as per last talk on 8/1/15 with customer care. I am requesting to manage to terminate my above referred tel number along with internet connection and another request is that please see that any dues after 23/12/2014, (my first termination request )should not be raised from your authority.
