Hi,
This is Vishal and my data card number is [protected]. I have been calling your customer care for the past 3 days requesting them to stop all the services on the above mentioned data card number because I have switched to another service provider as they were putting additional cost on me for upgrading to 4G and I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes on 2 occasions since their termination department guys were too busy to take call. Now, since I have tried too many times I will not take further pains. It is up to those guys and I will not pay any outstanding amount because the services they had provided in the month of May and June were very bad with sometimes no network at all for days. I hope they will do the needful and terminate all the services on the above mentioned data card number.
