Iam asking the customer care to terminate my broadband connection and to collect the modem from my place for about 2 months.
Till now no action has been taken instead broadband bill for this month sep has been processed for which i have not used
I wont be able to pay bill for the month sep for which i have not used
Hence i request to terminate & close my broadband connection
