[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — There is no response from coimbatore showrooms and call centers regarding cdma to 4g conversion.. Need support to active my mobile number...

Hi sir/ mam,

I am using my number in cdma technology since 2008. I got an message regarding to change my number to 4g sim at csm technology. Almost 5 times went to your tiruppur - kumaran road show room at the all times they don't have 4 g sim.

From last week my number got disconnected without any info. Then i went to kangakeyam road show room on 6th if this month for change the sim, and they are confirmed there is some issue in server will get back on 8th. Even monday also they telling story.

Then i went to coimbatore 100 feet road showroom on 10th and got the new sim they're confirmed it will activated by the same day night. This is also not happened.

After that, called to your *unresponsive call centre through "[protected]". They are also confirmed will activated the number with 24 hrs and provided the reference number as [protected].

Again i went to your great showroom at 100 feet road office and they're also confirmed will activated on saturday night that is 13th.

Still number not get activated.

What i will do???

I have hope with you my issue will get resolve.
