Reliance Communications — Threats from representatives | |||
On July 15th 2014 We had applied for internet connection from Reliance Communication. We had paid in advance the installation money and the cost for prepaid connection. The internet worked for a week after which it never came back to life. The area manager cited junction box being stolen as one of the reasons for internet not working. We registered several complaints with the customer care. One such complaint was even reported on this website on 4th Aug. Then their area manager had also threatened that he would not let us enter our own home if I pursue and keep complaining. Now after 2 years they are threatening us to take legal actions against us for non-payment of dues!! What dues? For internet not working? Even when we had requested them to disconnect the internet. Following the disconnection the local guy came within 2 days and removed the cable! That was so fast. i wonder whats the work culture of Reliance Communication? It works by threatening people?
