Respected Reliance Communications, I have taken new connection, a new sim of reliance on[protected]monday, 2nd june of 2014). Sir till today[protected], the sim is not yet activated. Sir from last 5 days I m calling to reliance TM, retailers, distributors but no one is listenning to me. I M LIving in kota, rajasthan and for internet I bought sim, TM Name is Sheetal and he spoke to me in a very bad manners, he gave me fowl words. His name is sheetal, his number is - [protected]. He is very bad mannered, not giving respect to customeres, I spoke to Mr. Sunil of kota- he is a distributor, his number is- [protected]. They are saying my signature is match but I didnt gave any signature, only my photo and unique ID (Aadhar Card) and there is no signature on unique id. Sir please take some action against these employees as they are not very loyal and honest with reliance communications. Sir, Now I Dont to use reliance sim, I want my photo and id proof back.
