Sir/Ma'am,
I am reliance prepaid CDMA user ([protected]) since 6 to 7 years, but last 20 to 30 days I'm facing SMS problem on this number [protected]. I am unable to receive sms instantly on this number like (*225 for balance, my bank A/c 3D secure pin, dynamic code and my friends sms etc.). It has takes 1-3 days to receive and sometime never received any sms.
I am extremely worried about Reliance Communication services, they charged for "VAS IndiatimesVPack". The Reliance communication has activated unnecessary VAS service without my concern and deducted Rs. 5 + 5 from my balance dated[protected] and[protected].
I tried call 198 and *333 for customer care but they were all busy. After half an hour, they received my call and told me that "reliance server is down and you can call again for ask your queries after 15 minutes".After half an hour again I dialed in reliance customer care, the customer care executive told me, "Your number has activated 'IndiatimesVPak' VAS service". I said that I want to deactivate this service and they suggest me to call 155 223 where I can deactivate 'IndiatimesVPak' service. Then I call 155223 toll free number, but they informed me that my number has not any VAS service has been activated.
So, I would like to say that please resolve or help my sms problem and deactivate all VAS services on my number if have. Also refund my charge amounts as a balance on that number.
