Reliance Communications — unable to call from [protected]

Dear team,

I am using reliance number but since monday i am unable to use network to call. I had selected 4g still unable to call.

Please help me on this. Other's are not able to call me also. I am totally stuck yaar. All call outgoing plus incoming both are blocked. Sms also not able to send. Only able to use 4g data, dude's i don't want net connection allow me for call or give me solution.
