Reliance Communications — Unable to place service discontinuing request | |||
Hello, I am trying to place the request to discontinue the reliance data card for 5 days now. Each time I contact the customer care they say exact thing and copy paste the reason that the server is upgrading so they cannot take my request and there is no way to place this request. They are trying to avoid the discontinuation request so that one has to pay each month and to me its chicanery! I have contacted them 7-8 times in 5 days and got the exact same answer. I want to know that your customer care service is so bad I cant imagine that I had call with various Customer care operator regarding my Instacare app Where is main problem is That I have login to insta care & Given my password also And than they ask for OTP I put the otp In there but again they ask for login when i again log in again the same problem arise again . tell me in this how it can be fix .because your customer care person are Joker they dont know anything
