[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unable to receive upc code.

Respected sir,
My number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "this service is temporarily unavailable” message as a reply from 1901. I had never received the code. I made a complaint many time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. But they didn't solve my problem. When ever i had call to reliance customer care they just pickup the call and place call on hold they doesn't give any response and disconnect the call. I literally frustrated with these. So tell me what to do next?, to solve my problem.

i had mad complain to local reliance office ..they placed my complain ..then a call comes with "+912230326300" these number on my mobile they ask for ploblem, i said my upc problem that i unable to receive my upc code and message comes from you that "This service is temporarily unavailable" they said we will solve the problem but they can't solve my problem.so i request that please provide me upc code to my number 7303723222 .
