Reliance Communications — unable to send port sms

My reliance number has network but from yeaterday (02-nov-2017), i am unable to make/receive calls. I tried sending port sms for more than 100 time from my mobile but its not sending. I tried sending e-mails to them, but no response. Kindly help me get the port code. Without port sms i can't port this number also. This number is registered with everything. I really need this number.

Reliance is not providing UPC code for porting.my number is [protected] and i have send multiple messages to 1900 and request for UPC code . still i am not getting the code. Please look into this.
