Since 2 days i am trying to contact to customer care but i am unable to get the options on 198 & *333.
It is really very frustrating that the telecom provider like reliance has such service.
I wanted to complain about the recharge issue i am facing
I had done recharge of 93 of 1gb/day internet for 28 days on 12th june 2017 since i had received sms for it. After recharging i got confirmation too but next day my main balance was deducted.
Later i recharged with rs. 40 on 14th june but same thing happened, it got deducted.
I was trying to connect to customer care but they didnt mentioned any option about talking with their cce.

The call is regarding porting. Which i am unable to carry out from this worst network.
