from[protected] there was two times services were suspended because of negative balance which is the mistake of reliance only and they assured me to reverse /refund even then services were temporarily given and today i.e on[protected] around 08.30 am services were suspended due the balance in -ve which is to be refunded to me
this was arised due the wrong /unthorised debit to my account
why services are susupended when reliance only done the mistake
why this much problem/s are created

Subject: complaint not resolved for more than 3 days
i am having reliance digital tv connection bearing a/c no[protected] in the name of D Venkata Sesha Kumar, on[protected] sunday evening around there is no signal we are not able to view the channels, after calling customer service i have watied that the problem will resolve but around 07:30 PM also there is not signal and same was continued, again i called customer care and lodged complaint vide no[protected] and informed that the same will resolve within 48 hours and i am also expected with in day or two it will resolve
But surprisingly i received SMS on[protected]Monday) evening around 05:30 p m stating that problem is resolved and a charge of Rs175/- is debited to the account WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE AND WITHOUT VISITING ANY TECHNICIAN/ENGINEER THE COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED HATS OFF TO THE ESTEEED INSTITUION LIKE YOU WHIICH I NEVER EVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE ans MONEY WAS ALSO DEBITED WITHOUT DOING ANY THING
Again i called on receipt of SMS on 27-04-15 to your call centre and informed that the problem was unattended and still not;thing was done, they informed me that the call will be reopened and will send engineer soon, expecting again today i.e on 28-04-15 problem will resolve, again today i called customer care and inquired what happened to my complaint they said we will lodge call and send the engineer with in 48 hours as told earlier
in this regard please clarify my doubts
1.Without doing any thing why my account is debited without resolving the problem
2. why call was closed without attending any body
3. Is it the way of service given the very good corporate company like you
4.why should i call many times to your call centre losing my time and work
5. why not call was re open and why it was told to re open by your team
Pl reply and confirm that if you are able to provide good service without calling many times as if your giving free of cost
then we will continue other wise we will shift the connection to other if the same service /same poor response is there
again today also call was lodged vide no[protected] dated[protected] at 1:38 Pm
these all are shows how importance /prompt response is providing to you to your valuable customers
expecting earliest reply and resolve the issue
If not able to resolve inform me to take a decision
