I have a reliance netconnect connection [protected]. CDMA services was stopped by Reliance since July but my bill was continuously get generated. I got a call from Reliance demand notice department where I settled my previous dues and balance amount was waived off in Sep month bill. Also I have received an confirmation email from Reliance email id that this is a full & final settlement and after that you will not get any bill generated. Your connection is permanently disconnected. However the termination request was not processed.
I have now received a new bill for October cycle and customer care is again asking me to raise a new complain, if the termination has to be processed. It is very annoying that I have to follow all the process from the beginning. I have been never issued any 4G sim and not requested. Please let me know why the connection closure is still not processed. I have a written email proof from Reliance and I will go to consumer court for filing the fraud case. Please support me in get my bill completely waived off and connection termination.

I had same issue with my Reliance [protected] CDMA as it has stop in the month of May - Jun 2016, already raised 10 - 15 times for disconnection but still not disconnnected and geeting bills on monthly basis.
