[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unauthorized charge on my bill and unethical behaviour

I have been suffering due to reliance postpaid connection from past three months. i hope i could explain all what happened over here.

I was a reliance postpaid costumer till last month then i switched to BSNL.

my rental for the connection was 599 INR but i have been getting bills over 1400 INR every month so i called customer care to change my plan if not then to put a porting request. i was not aware but consumer care person told me that i have been charged for roaming and i am suppose to have free roaming in the plan.

Now i asked her to change my plan or take porting request, now she said that she will change my plan to 299 plan that has roaming free and also will take complain for over charging. Now i came in roaming thinking that all is good. next month again i was charged 15000 (i don't remember exact amount but it was more then this ). i called again after all frustration that please tell me outstanding bill and i really want to port as i cannot take so many charges for so many month with no complains taken from my side.

Ultimately with lot of payment from my side for no good reason and my suffering with reliance customer care they finally took my porting request.

i cleared all my bill of that month, paid 500 INR extra as i knew that reliance love to charge extra.

i ported my number to BSNL. i confirm with reliance customer care again if anything is left from my side and due payments absolutely anything. person on customer care said all good sir we have accepted your requested from here and no DUES are left.

Now a week back i received a phone call from delhi saying that reliance communication is filling charges against me for not paying my bill and that call was from some lawyer.

I called all customer care i could reach, no one responded. once i got connected to a customer care and he said that i have to contact to local branch. i said that i am in a village called dharmasthala and nearest outlet is 98 KM from here, please give me at least landline number of your outlet so i can talk and resolve this matter.
reply that i got was most frustrating as he said that he dont have authority to give any number and i have to go all the way to near by city and contact local outlet.

I took a day of from my job went to near by city and after talking to local outlet he said "we dont have any information related to your account, you have to visit our main branch in Mangalore" and my reply was " are you guys kidding me, please give me landline number of your main branch so i can talk to them. reply i got was same that we dont have authority to give number. What the hell...

Now i am tired and frustrated and writing this complain. please dont do this to any customer of yours. I have never been treated this way in my whole life.

please resolve this matter ..call that i got from delhi who wants to file court case against me

i have wrote same complaint to reliance communications customer care already a week ago and till now i have not received any update on it.
