[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unauthorized deductions | |||
After a while of hassle free service they started to show their true colours again today deducting 3/- from [protected] on account of VAS as per the sms without any activation from my end and on calling 155223 VAS deactivation no. it says no VAS is active and their 198 is as excellent as it can be the person was more intimidating and aggressive then being supportive and customer friendly but than that is their another speciality so outcome was all waste of time also on 7/12 recharged with 9/- 100mb 3g pack but only got 50mb and deducted 3/- from balance too I fail to understand why they keep on troubling customer trusting their services and using it.
