Reliance Communication is DEDUCTING AMOUNT ON THE SUBJECT, SINCE 16/10/2015 TILL DATED 19/10/2015. Details are copied below: As per SMS: (1) On 16/10/2015 :Amount Charged For VAS ShemarooVP Rs.5.00.Current Main Balance:Rs.166.70 (2) On 17/10/2015 :Amount Charged For VAS ShemarooVP Rs.5.00.Current Main Balance:Rs.161.70 (3) On 18/10/2015 :Amount Charged For VAS ShemarooVP Rs.10.00.Current Main Balance:Rs.150.20 (4) On 19/10/2015 :Amount Charged For VAS ShemarooVP Rs.5.00.Current Main Balance:Rs.140.20 Everyday I have attempted several Times to get a Customer Care Person and after continuous effort I could contacted a person, who said " NO VAS SERVICES ACTIVATED TO YOUR MOBILE, HENCE NO QUESTION OF DE-ACTIVATION AND DEDUCTION AND NO REFUND OF ANY AMOUNT." i HAVE MANAGED TO LODGE COMPLAINTS AT NEARBY "RELIANCE STORE".BUT NO SOLUTIONS OR REFUND MADE. It is reported that nothing has done so far .Reliance customer service associates are unable to solve and they have surrendered themselves, as could not stopped the root problem as "vasshemaroovp" deductions daily rs.10/- twice daily .Reliance customer services told that they can do nothing to stop this "vas shemaroo vp" deduction as there are no way to stop, but can refund the money... Total amount deduction is rs.65.00/- till date. Return the amount and stop the 'vas" forcefully implemented by reliance communications.
