[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unethical behavior and closure of service requests without resolutions

I am a Reliance NetConnect+ Broadband post-paid data card user since almost 4 years. My DataCard number is: [protected]. The issues which I am facing are as follows: 1) The total monthly charges are Rs. 1254/- which I've been paying since more than 3 years and have never defaulted even a single payment. The same plan is available for Rs. 799 + tax on their website: http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wireless_internet.html. I've never been informed of this disparity and I kept on paying Rs 1254. 2) The internet speed is extremely slow. The maximum speed of the data card is 3.1 mbps but I've never received more than 1 mbps speed on my dongle. I have raised multiple complaints for this issue but they are also closed without any resolution. The latest SR# raised is[protected] on 16th October 2015. 3) I've raised two requests for termination after paying the bill for October 2015. SR#[protected] on 11-Oct-2015 and SR#[protected] on 19-Nov-2015. Both of them are closed without resolution. I have been trying to get the connection terminated since October 2015 but the representatives either never take my request for termination or they route the call to the termination department. When I explain my issue to termination cell/special desk, they drop the call. I've made more than 20 calls to customer executives being on hold for an average 20 mins each time. I have the call records with me on my mobile bill and can be reproduced on request. 4) They have called me to say that they will give free plan for 3 months and I can use it till then for free and still if I want to terminate I will have to raise another request. Now when I got the bill amount of Rs.3035/- they say that the free usage is capped to 2GB and any usage above that will be charged. I've NOT been communicated about this and have no email notification confirming the change in plan and the applicable rates. I have denied to pay the bill amount 5) The Nodal officer took my request for waiver in the outstanding bill amount. Request # [protected]. I've also raised a request with customer care and the request is SR#[protected]. Both of the requests are closed without any resolution 6) I'm now getting threatning calls from billing department and the corporate office to pay the pending bill amount. I am not in a position and absolutely deny to pay the bill amount post 1st October 2015. Resolution Requested: Please waive off my outstanding bill amount 100% and terminate the connection immediately.

And yet again one more request to waive off the outstanding amount and terminate the connection is closed without resolution and without informing me. The SR# raised is[protected], Date raised: 03-Dec-2015. Can someone please let me know how do I go ahead and Sue Reliance for this harrasment?
