[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unethical behavior of customer care | |||||
[protected]:actually my plan (499) is unlimited, i got bill around 1000. I called customer care (08/17/2016). I got very bad response from that agent. He threatened me and also he added more packs to my plan, telling very bad languages.. These kind of activities are really unacceptable.. Oh god thankyou friend, I plan to take two postpaid sims 499 plan, now I read this complaint and I stoped to take those sims thankyou

hi Ravindra buddi, better you dont go for this network. they changed my plan without my information. CC is not responding and not taking any action.
Rcom agents are behaving very rude recently and I have my doubts about Rcom will try to settle this amicably
